Debt Settlement Success...
My personal choice has been debt settlement, and I could not be more pleased with the results so far. I have been in my program for six months and I have settled one account with an original balance of $29,800 for 25% of that amount – that’s $7,450!!  -Jerry

I am so excited. After reading about all of the trouble people had settling with Citibank I was scared to handle this on my own due to the fact that I could no longer keep up with payments and knowing that a) citi is only offering 80% b) citi is also known for sueing debtors especially on such high balances. And I had high balances with Citibank. This account I had a balance of $14,800.00 and it was settled for $6990.00. I also have sifxpert working on another one of my accounts that has a $24,000.00 balance. I will keep you posted on that one.

I was sued by a well known JDB for approximately 13k. The JDB bought the acct. from CITIBank. I asked Sif for his opinion on my case. He gave me advice every step of the way. This was all happening during the X'mas holiday. He took the time to email and answer all my questions. Then he referred me to a GREAT Lawyer! The Lawyer was very responsive to all my emails and took the time to explain to me the legal jargon. He won my case dismissed with prejudiced, no 1099c. The debt is gone. The lawyer is worth every penny!  I would rather pay the lawyer than the JDB. I probably could have won money but I cannot handle the stress even with a lawyer. I just want it gone. It is over!
